活躍中だが、２０１３年に両耳の聴力を完全に失うというハンディを乗り越え
音楽活動を再開している不屈の精神の持ち主であり、打楽器以外の
聴覚障害者のジヤズ・ミュージシャンは、YOSIMOTOが世界でただ一人の
存在だと言われてます。
